Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for all sport teams ( in-season, off-season, and pre-season). Supervise training sessions, ensuring athletes perform exercises with proper form and technique to maximize efforts and prevent injury. Conduct assessments and evaluations to track athlete progress and adjust training programs as needed. Provide basic nutritional guidelines and advice as they pertain to athletic development and recovery. Bachelor's degree and NSCA, CSCS or equivalent certification preferred 210 contract / Pay Grade AD3

Alba Golden ISD is in search for a head girls basketball coach who will lead our program to the next level. We are located on highway 69 between Mineola and Emory. Our girls program has a rich tradition with basketball success as well as overall program success.
