The MyCoachingTree Job Board provides a service to bring Job Seekers and Employers together. Users can register, create profiles/job posts, and search for jobs and resumes. To enhance this experience, we provide Sidekick, an AI assistant that utilizes account information and interaction history to provide personalized coaching and recruitment support.
To improve the speed and quality of responses, Sidekick creates a series of "memories" or profile attributes based on your interactions.
Exclusive Use: These attributes are used solely to provide context for your specific user experience.
No Model Training: MyCoachingTree does not use your personal interactions, prompts, or "memories" to train or improve the underlying machine learning models for other users or third parties.
AI Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. MyCoachingTree does not guarantee the reliability of Sidekick’s responses. Information provided by Sidekick is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional or legal advice.
Job Seeker personal data will be available to Employers visiting The MyCoachingTree Job Board. Personal data includes a mandatory Name and email Address, and an optional Telephone Number.
Personal data may be used by MyCoachingTree to notify the user of news or promotional offers relating only to The MyCoachingTree Job Board. Users can unsubscribe at any time. MyCoachingTree will not disclose user personal data to any third party, except to service providers necessary to facilitate our website and AI features.
The MyCoachingTree Job Board and Sidekick may not be used for any of the following purposes:
To contact MyCoachingTree users regarding any issue apart from the purpose of recruitment.
To contact MyCoachingTree users to offer any services from a 3rd party company.
To post or generate any illegal, defamatory, or offensive content.
To attempt to bypass AI safety filters or reverse-engineer the Sidekick interface.
The user is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post. It is prohibited to use any text or images from MyCoachingTree for personal or commercial use.
MyCoachingTree does not hold responsibility for any untruthful and/or inaccurate information included in job posts, profiles, or AI interactions.
Management: MyCoachingTree reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user.
Self-Service Deletion: Users cannot manually modify specific AI "memories." To delete all personal data and AI-stored profile attributes, the user must delete their account via the "My Account" dashboard.
MyCoachingTree will not be responsible for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website or from reliance on information provided by the Sidekick AI assistant.
