Offensive Coordinator

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Offensive Coordinator to assist in the development and execution of our offensive system. This position is designed for a coach who brings strong football IQ, organization, and the ability to contribute to a cohesive and effective offensive approach.  The teaching field is open. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of weekly offensive game plans
• Contribute to practice planning and offensive installation
• Work with position groups to ensure consistent teaching of offensive schemes and fundamentals
• Assist with film breakdown, opponent scouting, and game preparation
• Collaborate with the Head Coach and staff to maintain offensive identity and philosophy

Game-Day Responsibilities:

• The Head Coach will serve as the primary play caller
• Play-calling responsibilities may be assigned to the Offensive Coordinator based on experience, performance, and overall fit
• Provide input and adjustments during games to support offensive success

• Strong understanding of offensive concepts, structure, and game strategy
• Ability to communicate clearly and work within a staff setting
• High level of organization, preparation, and attention to detail
• Commitment to program culture, discipline, and team success

Qualifications:

• Coaching experience, preferably on the offensive side of the ball
• Demonstrated knowledge of offensive systems and game planning
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
