We are seeking a high-energy, passionate Offensive Line Coach who takes pride in developing fundamentally sound, physical players while building a strong, unified culture within the offensive line unit. This position is ideal for a coach who not only teaches technique at a high level, but also creates an identity that players take pride in—making offensive line play important, respected, and fun.  Other possible assignments include Head Powerlifting, strength & conditioning coordinator, assistant track, it will come down to best fit.  Teaching field is open right now, would be great if you teach math or science. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop all offensive line positions with an emphasis on fundamentals, technique, and physicality
  • Teach run and pass protection schemes with clarity and consistency
  • Plan and implement drills that build toughness, discipline, and execution
  • Develop players’ understanding of effort, leverage, and assignment responsibility
  • Ensure alignment with overall offensive philosophy and system

  • Make playing offensive line meaningful, competitive, and enjoyable
  • Develop leadership within the position group and hold players to a high standard

Program Responsibilities:

  • Assist in offensive game planning, film breakdown, and scouting
  • Collaborate with offensive staff to ensure consistency in teaching and execution
  • Contribute to practice planning and offensive installation

Coordinator Opportunity:

  • Offensive Coordinator title may be available based on experience, leadership, and overall fit, play calling responsibilities are available once yo have become familiar and comfortable in the offensive system
  • Opportunity to have a larger role in offensive design and game-day strategy for the right candidate

Qualifications:

  • Coaching experience, preferably with offensive line
  • Strong understanding of offensive systems and line play
  • Valid teaching certificate (or ability to obtain)
  • CDL or ability to obtain (preferred)
  • Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
