Holland, Michigan, Job Description: Position Summary : The Defensive Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Head Football Coach in recruiting, training, and coaching members of the Hope College Football team. The Defensive Coordinator is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Hope College, the MIAA , and NCAA . The Defensive Coordinator is required to pass the NCAA coaching exam with an 80% or better score.
