We are looking for a high-energy, passionate girls assistant coach committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field. This person will coach multiple sports, and needs to have a dedication to teaching fundamentals, and the ability to help build a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented culture. Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the head coach in planning, organizing, and implementing practices and game strategies
Teach sport-specific fundamentals, techniques, and schemes across assigned sports
Support strength and conditioning programs in alignment with athletic performance goals
Promote and model character, discipline, accountability, and teamwork
Build positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, staff, and the community
