Overton ISD (2A) is looking for a High School Girls Head Basketball coach.  We are looking for a  motivated, passionate, and relationship driven coach to lead and build our girls basketball program.  Second sport would be volleyball(HS or JH), and third sport could be softball or track.  The teaching field is currently open. Responsible for all aspects of the program, including developing training and game plans, managing assistant coaches, and ensuring student athletes are eligible and adhere to school and UIL rules . Key duties include coordinating practices and games, teaching skills and strategy, promoting sportsmanship, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and the school administration. The coach must also manage the budget and care for equipment and facilities.
