Position Overview
Robert E Lee. is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as Head Girls Basketball Coach. The ideal candidate will build a competitive program while developing student-athletes academically, athletically, and personally. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the girls basketball program (Varsity, JV, Freshman)
Develop and implement a year-round program including offseason, strength & conditioning, and skill development
Promote academic success, character development, and sportsmanship among student-athletes
Organize and supervise practices, games, and team travel
Coordinate with feeder programs to ensure program alignment and growth
Maintain compliance with district, state (UIL), and athletic department policies
