Description:
Humble High School is seeking a highly motivated Defensive Assistant Football Coach to join our varsity football staff. The position will coach a defensive position based on experience and best fit within the staff. The successful candidate will be committed to developing student-athletes on and off the field and contributing positively to the overall culture of the Humble High School football program.

Responsibilities:

• Coach a defensive position (best fit)
• Assist with defensive game planning and film breakdown
• Help implement the defensive system and practice organization
• Assist with off-season strength and conditioning
• Support total program development and student-athlete accountability
• Fulfill all teaching and campus duties

Qualifications:

• High school or collegiate coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a staff
• Texas teaching certification 

Teaching Assignment:

• PE, Core Subject

Salary:

• Based on Humble ISD pay scale plus coaching stipend
