Andrews ISD/HS is looking for a Head Football Coach to lead the overall Football Program including the development of the MS and HS teams. The HFC will have classroom duties (4-5 HS Classes, 2 Athletic Periods, 1 Conference) and must be Certified to Teach in the State of Texas. The HFC will work closely with the MS Coordinator and Athletic Director to implement a strong Football program while encouraging multi sport participation. The Football Offensive Assistant supports the head coach and offensive coordinator by assisting with game planning, organizing practice, coaching a specific position group, and instructing players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and proper techniques of the sport. The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy.
