The Varsity Football Offensive Coordinator serves as a key member of the football staff, responsible for developing student-athletes, teaching position-specific fundamentals, and supporting the vision and direction of the Head Coach. This role helps build a disciplined, unified, and Christ-centered football program that prepares student-athletes to compete with excellence and represent Covenant Christian Academy with integrity.
The Offensive Coordinator assists with offensive planning, play installation, and weekly preparation under the direction of the Head Coach. This position requires strong teaching ability, reliability, teamwork, and full alignment with the program’s culture, standards, and mission.

The Football Offensive Assistant supports the head coach and offensive coordinator by assisting with game planning, organizing practice, coaching a specific position group, and instructing players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and proper techniques of the sport. The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a Spread Offense is a plus.

Looking for a Defensive coordinator to develop our Football program from the 6th grade to Varsity. Needs to have 3 to 5 years of High school coaching experience. Needs to be a certified Texas teacher and have a CDL.

Looking for an energetic and knowledgeable QB coach and Pass Game Coordinator. Prefer a coach with some QB coaching experience or, at the very least, played QB at the college or high school level. Please apply also if you have a Pass Game Coordinator experience, even if you have not coached QBs. The QB coach is responsible for developing QBs from the 7th - 12th grades. If called for an interview, the expectation is to have plans in place to develop QBs at each level. Another expectation is spring QB school/clinic for all program QBs.
