The head football coach is responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of the football program, including training, strategy, team selection, and game management. The coach serves as a role model, mentor, and leader for student-athletes, ensuring compliance with school policies and athletic regulations, and fostering a culture of respect, responsibility, and integrity on and off the field.  Requirements Qualifications and Experience Commitment to embrace the Catholic Mission and Dominican Charism at St. Pius X High School. Completion of Safe Haven environment training. Bachelor’s in related field preferred. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with constituency groups. Professional attitude and appearance. Program knowledge; head coach experience preferred.
