Head Boys/ Girls Swimming Coach at East View High School in Georgetown ISD. East View is a 6A HS located just north of Austin on the 130 Toll Road. Georgetown is one of the fastest growing communities and school districts in the State of Texas, with plans to open a new Elementary, Middle, and High School in the next 2 years. Base pay is $56,500 plus the associated coaching stipends. Teaching schedule is 2 academic classes, 1 athletic period, and 2 conference periods each day. Our swimming program has 2 full time coaches dedicated to the program.

The Football Offensive Assistant supports the head coach and offensive coordinator by assisting with game planning, organizing practice, coaching a specific position group, and instructing players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and proper techniques of the sport. The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a Spread Offense is a plus.
Teaching Field: OPEN. No PE and No Health
The Football Defensive Assistant supports the head coach and defensive coordinator by assisting with game planning, organizing practice, coaching a specific position group, and instructing players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and proper techniques of the sport. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a 4-2-5 Defense is a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Valid Texas Teaching Certificate (content area other than Physical Education)
Valid Texas CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) or willingness to obtain CDL within district timeline
Demonstrated experience in coaching softball at the high school or collegiate level preferred
Knowledge of UIL rules, regulations, and compliance expectations.
