Seeking a   high-energy, relationship-driven Offensive Coach   to join our high school football program. This role includes the opportunity to grow into an   Offensive Coordinator   position. We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes on and off the field, with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, accountability, and team culture. Runge is looking for a defensive coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year. Football went 8-3 with the schools first District Championship in 30 years. We are only losing one 2-way starter from last year’s team. We have also dropped to Div 2. Teaching field is open as of now. Head coaching opportunities for winter/springs are available as well. Looking for two football defensive assistants (best fit) with at least 3 years of experience in high school football. Plainview High School (in the Texas Panhandle) has just dropped from 5A to 4A. We are in a 4 team district this new realignment. Looking for an energetic and knowledgeable QB coach and Pass Game Coordinator. Prefer a coach with some QB coaching experience or, at the very least, played QB at the college or high school level. Please apply also if you have a Pass Game Coordinator experience, even if you have not coached QBs. The QB coach is responsible for developing QBs from the 7th - 12th grades. If called for an interview, the expectation is to have plans in place to develop QBs at each level. Another expectation is spring QB school/clinic for all program QBs.
