Position Summary: Jefferson High School is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach to develop and implement a comprehensive training program that enhances athletic performance, reduces injury risk, and promotes overall student-athlete wellness. This position will work closely with coaching staff across all sports to support year-round athletic development for male and female athletes at both our junior high and high school campuses. We are looking for an assistant boys coach to help with football, basketball and track, possible baseball. Valley View offers a very competitive salary, stipends per sport, stipend for CDL and retention bonus paid at Thanksgiving. We are looking for the best fit for football, currently needing offensive line or secondary as the priority.  Also, have a stipend available for a strength and conditioning coordinator for the right applicant.
