The development, instruction, and mentorship of student athletes with a focus on the defensive side of the ball. Including but not contributing and implementing defensive schemes, techniques, film study, strength and conditioning coordination, and leadership development while supporting the overall goals and culture of the football program.
This person must be able to plan and implement a sound public school instructional program. Must also communicate effectively with students, coworkers and patrons. This person must keep informed of and comply with state, district, school, and UIL policies and regulations concerning primary job functions.
