Looking for an experienced tennis director that can work in an adult community in Boynton Beach, Florida.  Applicants must be able to interview in person  the week of August 24-30.  The position will begin in mid September.   Responsibilities:  Working with 4 senior teams, teaching lessons, clinics, scheduling, running events and being a strong positive energy for the club.     The club has 6 tennis courts that are hydrogrid. (underground irrigated ).  Other responsibilities are light computer work.  Compensation consists of a small guaranteed salary plus keeping all lesson revenue.  Previous professional made over $100,000 a year.   Residents take lessons primarily between the hours of 730-12 pm.  The tennis director/tennis professional will be an independent contractor. The position Is primarily a morning position with a few afternoons for meetings or events.  We are able to teach outside residents after prime time hours or when residents are not taking lessons. 

Teaching group(mostly) and private Pickleball lessons weekday evenings.

Our success will be defined by exceptional service, strong programming and the community we build. THE ROLE The Head Padel Professional will be the face of the padel operation and a key member of the club leadership team. This is a hands-on coaching and leadership role for someone who can develop players, lead programming, build relationships, retain members and help grow padel throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.
