Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Pickleball Professional/Instructor offering high-quality pickleball instruction, clinics, and programming. The independent contractor will be responsible for building and promoting the sport at the Palm Beach Gardens Tennis & Pickleball Center.
Compensation:
Fee to be negotiated based on experience, market rates, and service scope.

About Us:
The City of Palm Beach Gardens Tennis & Pickleball Center is a premier community public facility, winning the 2025 United States Tennis Association (USTA) National Outstanding Facility Award, the 2019-2021 USTA National Member Organization of the Year, 2018 USTA Florida Member Organization of the Year, and the 2014 USTA National Outstanding Facility Award. Year-round Pickleball programming (Open Play, Frenzy, Camps, Ladder League Play, Adult Beginner, Advantage Beginner, Adult Intermediate, Stroke of the Month) is offered for all ages and abilities. Programs are taught by certified teaching professionals. The center is also a host to many USTA tennis leagues and tournaments, able-bodied and wheelchair, as well as the Palm Beach County Women’s Tennis Association league. Palm Beach Gardens fields 15 women’s teams ranging from Open Division, Division 1 - 7, and two A-1 Palm League teams. The center also hosts 10 Men’s daytime travel teams. Wheelchair instruction is offered to both youth and adults.
