Sharpstown High School is seeking a passionate and experienced educator to serve as Head Boys Soccer Coach. The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of the boys soccer program, fostering student-athlete development, academic success, and competitive excellence while maintaining compliance with district and UIL standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire boys soccer program (Varsity and sub-varsity levels)
Develop and implement year-round training, conditioning, and game strategies
Promote a culture of discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Monitor and support student-athlete academic progress
Coordinate scheduling, travel, equipment, and program logistics
Engage with parents, faculty, and the community to build program support
Ensure full compliance with UIL and district policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required); valid Texas teaching certification
