The ideal candidate is a servant leader who is passionate about teaching, developing fundamentals, and creating a culture centered around discipline, accountability, toughness, and team-first mentality. Essential Responsibilities Program Development Teach and develop fundamental volleyball skills consistent with the program's philosophy. Assist in planning and conducting daily practices that are organized, purposeful, and competitive. Support all levels of the volleyball program (Freshman, JV, and Varsity) to ensure continuity throughout the program. Scout opponents and assist with game preparation and strategy.
