The Assistant Volleyball Coach will work alongside the Head Volleyball Coach to build and sustain a championship-caliber program that reflects the values and expectations of Cypress Springs Athletics. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who is passionate about teaching, developing fundamentals, and creating a culture centered around discipline, accountability, toughness, and team-first mentality.

Essential Responsibilities

Program Development

• Teach and develop fundamental volleyball skills consistent with the program's philosophy.
• Assist in planning and conducting daily practices that are organized, purposeful, and competitive.
• Support all levels of the volleyball program (Freshman, JV, and Varsity) to ensure continuity throughout the program.
• Scout opponents and assist with game preparation and strategy.
