Job Description

Position: Head Football Coach/Athletic Coordinator Primary Purpose:

Direct and Manage the athletic program at Weslaco East High School and its feeder schools. Coordinate the high school and middle school athletic program. 

Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree 
Valid Texas teaching certificate
Standard Annual Certifications


Special Knowledge/Skills:
Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of Univeristy Interscholastic League (UIL) rules and regulations
Ability to instruct and supervise student athletes
Ability to interpret data

Experience:
Minimum three years of High School Varisty or College Football coaching experience
