This is a stipend-paid coaching position responsible for leading and managing the Waltrip High School Girls Volleyball Program. The position encompasses all aspects of the program, including off-season development, summer preparation, in-season competition, and post-season evaluation. The competitive volleyball season runs during the fall semester (August–November), while program development, strength and conditioning, skill instruction, recruiting support, and athlete preparation continue throughout the spring semester and summer months.
