Assistant Girls Soccer Coach – Cypress Ranch High School

Cypress Ranch High School Athletics is seeking a highly motivated and student-centered Assistant Girls Soccer Coach to join our athletic department.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of the Girls Soccer Program, including practice planning, skill development, game preparation, and player supervision.

• Promote a positive culture focused on character, discipline, accountability, and academic success.

• Support offseason strength and conditioning programs.

• Collaborate with coaching staff, administration, and campus stakeholders to provide an outstanding student-athlete experience.

• Assist with athletic department duties as assigned.

Teaching Assignment

• English

Requirements

• Valid Texas teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification).

• CDL required or willingness to obtain CDL immediately upon hire.

• Current CPR Certification.

• Current AED Certification.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Soccer coaching experience at the high school or club level.

• Experience building positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and staff.

• Knowledge of UIL rules and regulations.
