We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes at all levels.  Coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred. Strong knowledge of defensive football fundamentals, strategy, and player development. Texas teaching certification in any subject . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. CDL certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred . SUMMARY The Athletic Trainer District Coordinator position will perform responsible work involved in assisting principals and coaches in planning, designing, implementing, facilitating, supervising, and coordinating comprehensive school division-wide athletic programs at the middle and high school level. The incumbent will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising medical coverage for all district athletic functions and events as well as develop, implementing and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all student athletes. Examples of such policies would be heat and ozone, lightning, AED, concussion protocol and treatment policies.
