Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for all sport teams ( in-season, off-season, and pre-season). Supervise training sessions, ensuring athletes perform exercises with proper form and technique to maximize efforts and prevent injury. Conduct assessments and evaluations to track athlete progress and adjust training programs as needed. Provide basic nutritional guidelines and advice as they pertain to athletic development and recovery. Bachelor's degree and NSCA, CSCS or equivalent certification preferred 210 contract / Pay Grade AD3 

Dawson is looking for an inspirational coach to lead and manage all aspects of our successful 6A volleyball program. Seeking program builder who will vertically align program from youth through Varsity level. Must be committed to strong strength and conditioning program in the off season. Dawson HS has great culture, community, and tradition and is conveniently located SE Houston.
