Big Spring ISD is seeking a Head Athletic Trainer for the 2026-27 School Year. Will oversee all BSISD Athletics. LAT/ ATC Certified. NO classroom duties. BSISD Pay Scale:  BSISD pays $450 toward Insurance Great community, school, and administration to work with.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Player Development Assist in planning and implementing game strategies and practice plans. Analyze game film to improve player and team performance. Monitor student-athlete academic progress, behavior, and eligibility. Promote sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and character development. Supervise athletes during practices, games, workouts, travel, and team events. Collaborate with the Head Coach and scouting reports and opponent preparation. Ensure compliance with district, state athletic association, and school policies. Maintain a safe and positive environment for all student-athletes.
