Volleyball is coming off back-to-back Regional Semifinal (Round 3) appearances, while Soccer is coming off a State Championship Runner-Up finish. Position Summary The head coach manages the high school volleyball program. Responsibilities include organizing training sessions, game-day duties, player development, and promoting sportsmanship and academic achievement. This role plays a key part in building a positive team culture and representing the school with integrity. Key Responsibilities  Head Coach plan and lead all practices and drills. Support in organizing team strategies, game plans, and in-game adjustments. Supervise and mentor student-athletes on and off the field. Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect among players.
