Stillwater, Oklahoma, Assist the Sports Equipment Performance Director in coordinating apparel, footwear, protective equipment and laundry operations for football in accordance to workout, practice, and competition needs. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and disciplining of football student managers (12 PT = 6 FTE). Oversees a budget of over $750,000 for football equipment and apparel. In the absence of the Sports Equipment Performance Director, position is required to assume all duties of the director. Including but not limited to decision making of Nike purchases, meetings with upper management, administration and coaches as well as all football equipment operations. Manage equipment receipt, storage, issue and return. Research and monitor new innovations and upgrades to footwear, apparel and protective equipment and make recommendations to Sports Equipment Performance Director.
