Job Title: Special Teams Coordinator Position Summary The Special Teams Coordinator leads the planning, organization, and execution of all special teams units, including kickoff, kickoff return, punt, punt return, and field goal/PAT. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively utilize and delegate responsibilities across the entire coaching staff to ensure efficient preparation and high-level performance.
