We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our athletic program serving as an assistant coach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for the sports of football and track, exceptional coaching skills, and the ability to inspire and spiritually develop student-athletes both on and off the field. This is a position responsible for supporting both middle and high school football programs, and high school baseball.  The teaching position will be History / Social Studies.

We pay up to 5% 403(b) match, and have 2 retention stipends per year. Football assistant with likely JH Basketball and Track.  Teaching field could be flexible, most likely certified core subject, with Social Studies/History being the best fit currently. CDL will need to be obtained if it is not already.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coach and develop quarterbacks in mechanics, footwork, throwing technique, decision-making, and leadership. Assist in planning and implementing offensive game strategies and practice plans. Analyze game film to improve player and team performance. Teach offensive terminology, reads, protections, and situational football concepts. Monitor student-athlete academic progress, behavior, and eligibility. Promote sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and character development. Supervise athletes during practices, games, workouts, travel, and team events. Collaborate with the Head Coach and offensive staff on scouting reports and opponent preparation. Ensure compliance with district, state athletic association, and school policies.
