North Lamar ISD is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive care for student-athletes, including injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation. The Athletic Trainer will work closely with coaches, school administrators, and healthcare professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes. Very competitive salary. No HS teaching assignments other than a period or two for training student trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
Injury Prevention & Care:
Develop and implement injury prevention programs for student-athletes.
Provide first aid, emergency care, and injury assessment during practices and games.
Design and oversee rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.
Collaboration & Communication:
