College Park, Maryland, The Softball Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach with the organization, development, and implementation of a competitive, NCAA Division I women’s softball program that competes in the Big Ten Conference. Responsibilities include recruiting, scouting, coaching, travel coordination, program administration, fundraising, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. The Assistant Coach will develop and maintain effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni, and the general public, and have knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, Conference, and University rules and regulations, as well as dedication to the full academic development of student-athletes, which are essential. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
