Head Volleyball Coach / Assistant TBD Primary Purpose Provide leadership, instruction, and organization for the Hemphill High School volleyball program. Develop student-athletes academically, athletically, and personally while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and excellence. Coordinate all levels of the volleyball program to create a consistent vision and competitive culture from junior high through varsity. Reports To Athletic Director and Campus Principal Qualifications Valid Texas Teaching Certificate Valid CDL or ability to obtain CDL preferred Previous volleyball coaching experience preferred Knowledge of UIL rules and regulations Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members
