Ira Independent School District is seeking a dedicated and motivated Head Softball Coach to lead and build our growing softball program. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Valid Texas teaching certificate
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or willingness to obtain if required
Previous high school coaching experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and sustain a competitive volleyball program
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
