Head Softball Coach – Ira ISD

Ira Independent School District is seeking a dedicated and motivated Head Softball Coach to lead and build our growing softball program. With the completion of our new turf softball facility, this position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a competitive program focused on athletic and academic excellence while fostering a culture of integrity, discipline, hard work, and purpose.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Valid Texas teaching certificate
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or willingness to obtain if required
  • Previous high school coaching experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and sustain a competitive volleyball program
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
