Position Overview Victoria East High School is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven coach to join our football staff on the defensive side of the ball. The ideal candidate is a kid magnet —someone who naturally connects with student-athletes, builds trust, and brings daily energy and intensity to the program. This position is for a coach who not only understands defensive football at a high level, but also knows how to teach it, inspire it, and build a culture of toughness, discipline, and relentless effort.
