Position Overview Victoria East High School is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven coach to join our football staff on the defensive side of the ball. The ideal candidate is a kid magnet —someone who naturally connects with student-athletes, builds trust, and brings daily energy and intensity to the program. This position is for a coach who not only understands defensive football at a high level, but also knows how to teach it, inspire it, and build a culture of toughness, discipline, and relentless effort. We are looking for someone who can help lead our defense while fully investing in the growth of our student-athletes on and off the field. Have opening for an offensive assistant football coach working with 9th grade and assist with varsity.  Can be skill position or offensive line (best fit).  Second sport is assistant varsity track.    Teaching field is English, math, Science, CTE.
