Lake Worth High School is seeking a new Head Softball Coach for the 26-27 school year.  Candidate would be well versed in player development and looking to build a program from the ground up. Motivated to gain their certification through our Lake Worth ISD Fellow program.  Fellow program scope:  Bachelors Degree required  No prior Teaching Experience Earn your Cert within one year of working with Lake Worth ISD All Fellows will shadow a Master level teacher for one year  Additional course work will accompany daily duties (similar to an alternative certification program) Gain real in class teaching time Starting Pay will be $48,000 with additional coaching stipends. The Football Best Fit Assistant supports the head coach and offensive/defensive coordinator by assisting with game planning, organizing practice, coaching a specific position group, and instructing players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and proper techniques of the sport. The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a Spread Offense/4-2-5 is a plus.
