Navasota is looking for a JH Girls Coordinator to lead our JH program.  Teaching field is SPED.  Interested applicants please send resume to allent@navasotaisd.org . Navasota is very competitive in pay and stipends.  Athletic stipends will total just under 17k and we also give stipends for special ed.  Having a CDL is a major plus.  Will have 3 athletic periods, conference, 3-4 inclusion periods.

Position Summary The Assistant Girls Basketball Coach supports the head coach in managing the high school basketball program. Responsibilities include assisting with training sessions, game-day duties, player development, and promoting sportsmanship and academic achievement. This role plays a key part in building a positive team culture and representing the school with integrity. Key Responsibilities Assist the Head Coach in planning and leading practices and drills. Support in organizing team strategies, game plans, and in-game adjustments. Supervise and mentor student-athletes on and off the field. Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect among players.
