Key Responsibilities: Injury Prevention & Care: Develop and implement injury prevention programs for student-athletes. Provide first aid, emergency care, and injury assessment during practices and games. Design and oversee rehabilitation programs for injured athletes. Uphold State and Local compliance Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with coaches to educate on injury prevention techniques and conditioning programs. Communicate with parents, physicians, and school staff regarding injury status and treatment plans. Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, and rehabilitation progress. Game & Practice Coverage: Attend all home athletic events and travel with teams as necessary. Provide on-site medical assistance during practices, games, and tournaments. Aransas Pass is looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic head volleyball coach, that is willing to come in and build a competitive program. Strong leadership and solid communication skills to foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, academic success to align within the Panther Athletics Program. This positions teaching field is open, we will work with the right candidate to find a position that is suitable within the district.
