Seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Offensive Coach to join our high school football program. This role includes the opportunity to grow into an Offensive Coordinator position. We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes on and off the field, with a strong emphasis on fundamentals, accountability, and team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and develop the offensive line unit with attention to technique, toughness, and teamwork
Collaborate with offensive staff on game plans, practice structure, and in-game adjustments
Potential to design and implement the offensive system as Offensive Coordinator
Build meaningful relationships with players, families, and school staff
Serve as a positive role model and mentor for student-athletes
Assist with film breakdown, opponent scouting, and Hudl analysis
