Position Summary
R.L. Paschal High School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Girls Soccer Coach to lead and grow a competitive, student-centered soccer program. The head coach will oversee all aspects of the girls soccer program, including athlete development, program management, and compliance with UIL and district guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the girls soccer program (Varsity, JV, and sub-varsity levels)
Develop and implement effective training programs and practice plans to enhance player performance
Plan, organize, and supervise practices, competitions, and team events
