Position Overview: MacArthur High School is seeking a Head Wrestling Coach. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and conducting daily practices and training sessions  Support game-day operations, including strategy, player management, and logistics. Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, promoting academic and personal growth. Help monitor athlete performance and contribute to conditioning and injury prevention programs. Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with coaching staff, athletic trainers, and school administration. The Football Offensive Assistant supports the head coach and offensive coordinator by assisting with game planning, organizing practice, coaching a specific position group, and instructing players on the rules, regulations, equipment, and proper techniques of the sport. The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a Spread Offense is a plus.  Teaching Field: Social Studies. Science. SpEd. Must be fully certified.
