Job Title: Defensive Coordinator  - Hempstead ISD High School Football (Bobcats) Reports to: Head Football Coach; Athletic Director Position Summary: Lead the development, planning, and execution of the high school football defensive program for Hempstead Bobcats. Build a disciplined, fundamentally-sound unit that emphasizes player development, sportsmanship, academic accountability, and readiness for college, career, or military paths. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and adjust defensive game plans and play-calling during contests.
