Ingleside is looking for a Head Volleyball Coach who will be responsible for leading and developing a competitive, student-centered volleyball program that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic success. Our Head Coach will provide servant leadership for all aspects of the program, including athlete development, practice planning, competition management, multi-sport athlete development, and contribute to the program culture for our schools and community. BASIC FUNCTION To oversee and manage the Veritas Academy sports team for the duration of the season, with responsibilities including all facets of coaching, communicating with parents, scheduling practices, attending games and providing mentorship to student athletes. Duties & Responsibilities Organize and hold preseason communication meetings with players and parents, including “Meet the Coach” night prior to the start of the season. Work with the Athletics Director and athletic staff to coordinate the schedule of all games, practices and related activities. Show total commitment during the season, including being at practice and games early, staying until all players have left, and never missing a practice. Look for a dynamic, student centered coach to take our program to the next level.  Our girls athletic participation numbers are growing and we are experiencing tremendous growth in our district.   Need someone who is a kid magnetic and willing to put in the time needed to grow the program.   We have tremendous support from the school and admin and need the right person dedicated to taking over a program that has had a history of success.
