Position Overview The Hightower High School Volleyball Program is seeking a passionate, energetic, and growth-minded Varsity Assistant / JV,  or Freshman Volleyball Coach who is committed to continuing the development and advancement of our volleyball program. This position is ideal for a coach who aspires to become a head coach in the near future and is eager to grow under the mentorship of a veteran head coach within a competitive and values-driven athletic department. We are specifically seeking a transformational coach — one who is intentional about developing student-athletes not only in skill and performance, but also in character, leadership, discipline, and accountability. Primary Responsibilities Assist the Head Volleyball Coach in planning, organizing, and implementing all aspects of the volleyball program.
