JOB TITLE: Powerlifting / Position Coach (WR, RB) - Coach -High School
REPORTS TO: Campus Athletic Coordinator
WAGE/HOUR STATUS: Exempt

PRIMARY PURPOSE :
Develops student-athletes by designing specialized training programs, instructing on proper techniques for squat, bench press, and deadlift, and managing competition logistics. Must ensure safety, foster discipline, and often collaborate with other sports coaches to enhance athletic performance, usually requiring certifications in CPR/AED and strength conditioning. Will also serve as a position coach for varsity football.
