Position Overview: The Offensive Coordinator will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and execution of the offensive system while working collaboratively with the Head Coach and staff to build a disciplined, physical, and fundamentally sound football team.

Design and implement an effective offensive system
Develop weekly game plans and in-game adjustments
Coach a position group (best fit based on experience)
Lead film breakdown, scouting reports, and opponent analysis
