R.L. Paschal High School is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Offensive Coordinator to join our football program. This position is an opportunity to be part of a competitive program with strong administrative support, a committed staff, and a vision for continued growth and success.
Position Overview:
The Offensive Coordinator will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and execution of the offensive system while working collaboratively with the Head Coach and staff to build a disciplined, physical, and fundamentally sound football team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Design and implement an effective offensive system
- Develop weekly game plans and in-game adjustments
- Coach a position group (best fit based on experience)
- Lead film breakdown, scouting reports, and opponent analysis
- Develop quarterbacks and skill players within the system
- Work collaboratively with the offensive staff and entire program
- Uphold and model program standards of discipline, accountability, and effort
Qualifications:
- Previous coordinating or significant offensive play-calling experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of offensive football (multiple or system-based approach)
- Ability to teach and develop student-athletes at a high level
- High character, strong work ethic, and commitment to program culture
- Texas teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
